Wonk is used when someone is very much obsessed with something. To use the term you must put the object/person/activity etc in front of wonk.

Oh my god, he is such a dick wonk!
She loves those youtuber twins so she's a dolan wonk!
She loves netflix so she's a netflix wonk!
