a super annoying person who's only life goals and accomplishments are to annoy the shit out of people to a point of driving them insane and no return. he is extremely good at this. psychopaths takes notes from him. however, he can also be deemed as a monkey who can at times be bearable and 0.05% useful. please note that this 0.05% can also be debatable.
