A below average man in terms of physique, intelligence, capability and overall quality of life. He is seen to have a large head, often bigger than most fruits - including watermelon. He is known to look like a dolphin, lego man, Geico lizard, box man, among other things.
He is seen to be friends with DingTard/TanTard, a member of the large Tard Clan.

Friend: "Is that ShinTard?"
Friend: "Yeah, I heard his IQ is 102!"
