Someone who has consumed enough alcohol to become somewhat violent or giddy in the work space, anyone who discover this will instantly hate this person as they were not invited to participate.

This word can be both an insult or complement.

Who is laughing so much... oh hehe its Jill she's the office drunk, love her.
