Is a contraction between bee and busy, bees are always busy, this would be applied to the person who is always very busy, is for that: Bee + Busy = Beesy.

Sister 1: Ey you going to the party tomorrow?

Sister 2: I can't, I don't have time, I'm busy tomorrow too.

Sister 1 : Oh Gosh, you are always busy, you are a beesy.
