Warrent is a variation of the word "warrant."
To authorize, justify or sanctify.

M: You finally did something to warrent a Mark.
J: YES!!! I've been waiting for the day when I did something prestigious enough to get a Mark.
M: Yeah, you should be proud of yourself. The Marks bar is pretty high. Not many deeds warrent a "Mark."
