(adjective) badly damaged, badly hurt, ugly. (often appears as "hebetudinous mess")
Also describes a person who hurts others or damages things.

My buddy got hurt in Iraq so they sent him home, but he's looking so hebetudinous that I'm amazed he's still alive.
