an underseer is a person who can see everything and understand all pain from anyone and trys to make everybody else happy instead of them self or maybe just try to keep only one person happy, an underseer cant see into the future like a seer but they can determine what can happen to you so they try to change you a little for the best outcome for you.
i think its important to also make sure if you have friends who always make you laugh and happy take a moment and ask them if there OK or if they disappear even for 30 minutes call them o talk to them they could be hurting and from experience they to scared to say or admit it so really open to them and listen and they will probably do the same
