Firecop 

A "Public Safety" officer such as in Glencoe, where the firefighters are cops half the time and the cops are firefighters half the time. In doing so they never become competent in either job.

Jimmy: Oh shit the five O just saw us smoking weed.

Chad: No worry bro it's just a firecop, chilax.

Firecop: Do you kids know that you could cause a fire if you dispose of that weed incorrectly?
