paper bag syndrome 

where a girl is so unbelievably hot, but then she turns around. nice ass, nice tits, nice legs; but dam is she ugly. put a bag over it. also referred to as PBS if u are standing right behind the girl in question, so as not to hurt her feelings. ugly people get hurt too..
