the area of skin that sags down under an old women's arms similar to bingo wings but more sever. the person with salge is usually really old and has accumulated the salge over many many years. this occurrence can also be found on the neck, thighs and forearms.

kid one: hey man did you see the salge on that lady?

kid two: yea, its disgusting!
