Slang term for an agressive rim job. Origins are likely Maori or South Islander descent. Often misspelled as Kapooka.

The act of a male deer lining up to a female deer for an almighty thrust from behind. This act must be perfectly choreographed as the male deer only has one "shot". (pun intended)
