Can be used to describe: 1) accomplishing an insanely impressive, lucky, or rare feat, 2) an insanely accurate or on-the-nose observation, or 3) acting on an outrageous idea. Originally used in relation to video games to denote acquiring rare, high-value items or accomplishing especially difficult tasks.
