A person who lists their unneeded/unwanted items online and freely gives them to a person who can use them. Freecyclers can be found via freesharing.org.

I met a great freecycler today who gave me their old bicycle.

The act of having recycled an object no longer needed by giving it to someone who wants/needs it. Usually done online via a yahoo group.
