1. A predominatly hulking figure that resides within the gym, mainly retreating to a corner on his/her own to perform several variations of the bicep curl. May begin to start wearing slightly smaller shirts as muscular hypertrophy increases.

2. A term for a individual who "runs" the gym.

Alex: "Hey, what's the best way to do this bicep curl?"
All: "UIHAYZ!"
