To toss something smoothly and accurately into any container, receptacle, or goal—such as a trash can, laundry hamper, basketball hoop, recycling bin, or box. Often done casually or with flair. Can also be used as an interjection: "Foooouuuup!" (spelled with extra vowels to mimic the sound of a perfect arc and satisfying landing).
