An older black african man in africa who dates and marries much younger women. The african version of the western female cougar.
Black african males have a long history and track record for dating and marrying much younger people and isnt just some johnny come lately "cougar" like white women.

"black men cougars in africa have it much better than white female cougars in america. White female cougars date younger people and then get dumped for younger women. Black male cougars in africa often have multiple wives 15-45 years younger than them."
