A college in Monroe, Louisiana, formally, the University of Louisiana at Monroe. One of the most boring and fucked up schools anyone will ever attend. However, Monroe has a lot to offer on the party scene and lots of girls who give it up willingly.

Tommy: Did you go to class today?
Timmy: No, ULM sucks. I am going out tonight to get laid though!
