A large metropolitan area split up into a billion 100,000 population "communities"
Weather is good, but the people are rude airheads.
Hella smog, and traffic.
People there arn't too smart. Some parts are way to ghetto.

Man Los Angeles sucks, let's go upstate to the Bay Area where it's really poppin.
