bisexuality

Attraction to two or more genders. This can sometimes be confused with pansexuality. Pansexuality is attraction to all genders or attraction regardless of gender; bisexuality means the person is attracted to at least two, but not all genders. A bisexual person does not have to be attracted to males and females specifically; for example, one may be attracted to females and nonbinary people.

"So, bisexuality means you like men and women."
"No, that's not true for everyone. I'm bisexual, and I like agender people, too."
