An individual who strays from the crowd at a pool party to change into a pair of long johns with bathing trunks or a speedo on top. A scutchyy also wears an old captain or airpline pilots hat in which goggles and a chin strap are attached. This aforementioned hat hugs scutchyy's gobbler.

When young children are in ocean or pool water and they seem to accumulate more spit which foams and froths at their mouths. YUM
