whisper yell

when 13 year olds want to avoid getting told off for shouting too loudly but still react to something strange with a "whisper yell"—mimicking a yell because they find it funny (since reacting loudly to things is the norm online)—it looks and sounds incredibly annoying and cliché, and through that affected shriek, you can even hear their voices cracking slightly.
