Having a ovum-like knee structure. The smoothness of eggknees reminds the population of the outside shell of an egg. There aren't many of these out there, but when one is found, it is highly recommended that the owner of the eggknee sets up 2 laptops, and skype's with him/herself in order to achieve maximum pleasure.
