The meaning is for whom a banana is chosen to be terminated, and resorts to the bananas performing a "cashadle," which then makes all the bananas give their prized possessions to the cashadled (about to be terminated) banana, and leaves the cashadled banana in peace for to let the thought of being cashadled sink in.
