A term used in the Information Technology consulting field to describe an asshole client who:

1. Asks for a "status update" every 1 minute 19 seconds.

2. Stands so close to you while watching what you're doing that you need to put a condom on your shoulder.

Son of a fucking bitch, the job took me 8 hours when it should have been 4 thanks to that shoulderfucker.
