is a fool that keeps doing the same thing over and over and will not learn from it. when you think this person cannot do something more foolish then what has already been done. this person still finds a way to out do themselves.

person a....why am I always getting in trouble?
person b ....you've kept doing silly things all the time what did you expect? Are you a complete fool or something?
