The state of being "tipsy" in the weed world, obviously referring to marijuana. the feeling before stoned but not totally sober either.
girl one: "I don't think there's enough weed here for both of us! sigh."
girl two: "well why don't we smoke it anyway. there's at least enough there for us to get edged."
