Akkenbe is a pose, stylised Japanese, where one sticks out their tongue and pulls down lightly on their lower eyelid with their index finger. Used to be silly, or directed at someone to express disapproval. Can be insulting or just silly.

Boy: "Hey girl, dat ass doe."
Girl: *disdainful stare* *akkanbe*
