one word name for the Czech Republic (that exists only since 1993) and its predecessor states like the Bohemian (Czech) Kingdom.

Czechia consists of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
Czechia had several world-famous music composers like Smetana and Dvorak. (They did not live in the Czech Republic.)
