this is a general term designed to replace the expletive "f'd up" i decided to invent my own politically correct terms to poke fun @ p/c in general.

someone tempted to say thats "f***ed up" in public might say "thats sexually afflicted" so they dont offend anyone.

someone who obviously hasnt a clue as to which sex they belong to when they get dressed for the day
