chaulb

A person whose inability to complete a simple task, or meet societal expectations, brings amusement to the average human being. Chaulbs usually fail to meet standards set by themselves or by his/her peers while still displaying an overbearing aroma of cockiness and confidence.

-"Did you see Adam Scott blow a four shot lead at the masters? What a fucking chaulb"

-" I saw the biggest chaulb walking down the street today, he was wearing a top hat, suspenders and skinny jeans (a.k.a. hipster)"
