A man who pops nops. Nops are balloons filled with a mixture of hydrochlorilic acid and cement. He is mainly found in small towns in England and Wales. He has a mohawk and dresses as a burrito with a top hat made of blended then frozen burgers.

Person 1: "Did you hear about that guy who pops nops?"

Person 2: "Yeah, isn't he the popnopman"

A very sophisticated yet polished delicacy made up of Lucius honeycomb ice cream, and other interesting foods, typically served with flaggas, a small melting ball of chocolate.

Person 1 - "Yo, what flavour ice cream are you getting?"

Person 2 - 'i can't decide between flagamanjingo and strawberry"
