scabotage

To apply to a company during a labor strike, only to perform the job badly, costing the company money, in solidarity with the striking workers. A portmanteau of "scab" and "sabotage".
"Hey, don't cross the picket line!" "Relax, I'm going to make things worse for them. It's scabotage."
