Adjective.
Someone who spends more time and effort on their own or "preferred" band and thus causes them to neglect duties and obligations with other bands that said person may also be joined with.

"Man he is too bandy. He is taking forever to do the vocals for our band cause he always has more important things to do for his band"

"Dude he wasnt bandy enough on our part, we had to give him the boot eh?"
