A man, or boy, who goes down on a woman or girl.
When the term eaten out is used, to eat out a woman with the bare lips and tounge.

Coming from the term Becky which means to go down on a man. Beckson is Becky, but used for the womans pleasure.

I gave that girl Beckson.
