Door Knocker

An act of violence performed on a person (usually a woman) who is wearing large hoop earrings. The assailant grabs the earring, and swings their fist, holding the earring into the recipient's jaw, possibly ripping the earring from the ear in the process.

Did you see Jeff give that chick a door knocker last night? That was insane!
