an extremely derogatory and singularly offensive term used to describe a female so objectionable in physical appearance as to warrant no identification by name, personal pronoun or role (eg. the waitress).

Typically used with exclamation viz "That!" or "THAT!" to emphasize one's utter revulsion when seeing, hearing, smelling or even thinking about the female in question.

A less frequent variation is "That Thing".

(1) "I just saw THAT! at the coffee shop."

(2) "That! makes me fucking sick."
