The angst one feels when embarking on a long outdoor adventure with the looming threat of loose stools compounded by an absence of adequate latrines or 'facilities' to find sanctuary.
"I was really excited to head to the park for the big concert, but the dark clouds of diarrhnoia quickly emerged as I dressed. With a gurgling stomach and some gas pains, my diarrhnoia came fast and severe so I tucked some immodium in my bag and got my confidence back. I refuse to be hostage to my diarrhnoia."
