A term used to refer to cookie-cutter highschoolers who indulge in hookup culture, partying, judging of people different than them, and excessive drug/alcohol use.

Person 1: I heard Brittany got blackout drunk at that party yesterday after hooking up with her best friend’s homecoming date.
Person 2: Ew, she’s such a rozzie.
