Abbreviation of "What the fuck, what?"

Usually used in response to a questionable WTF where it is unclear what the other party is saying WTF about.

Also used as a denial of WTF in conversations where someone says WTF when the situation does not warrant it.

Jeff: WTF?

Josh: WTFW?

Jeff: I was so hungry I ate some shortbread cookies with cream cheese.
