Fazlican - a person who easily judges people. He also has a lot of money but always needs 1$. He is actually quite nice but can be a real bitch. He lets you know if he hates you. He is always here for you and lets you smile, but he is a little bit moody. Here's an advice: don't be mean to him. His hair is curly and nearly black. Sometimes a Fazlican can be a little bit emo.
