A noun that describes somebody to be exceedingly obsessed with horses, even ANYTHING slightly or mostly related with them; usually akin with an Uma Musume fan.
Scenario 1
Fetus Bajeeble: "Yo, Rick! Are you playing that Uma Musume game again?"
Rick the Rat: "Yeah, it's just so fun. I've been playing it non-stop for 8 months now!"
Fetus Bajeeble: "You're kinda horserotted bruh, ngl.."

Jonathan: "Hey Sensei Xiao! Do you wanna watch this horse race with me? It's the derby of the year!"
