This person must be an excellent marksman, have a high level of intelligence, must be athletic, charismatic, and must be learn how things work extremely quickly. The blackbird stealthily accomplishs the tasks that could not previously be completed by his/her successors. A blackbird is someone who you would never guess to possess this skill set based on appearances alone.
