a term used to describe the loud, overly impressed with skin colour guy at every normal australian event. Often changes their hair colour to match their mood and sings at the most randomest times. They also always refer to everyone as dude and love to use the expression 'calm your tits'

In some cases can be shorted to 'peti'

'im so boredddd at this party'

'yeah me to ay, but theres gotta be a peti around somewhere'

'yeah your right, this wouldnt be a party if there wasnt a lopeti'

lopeti: 'dudeeee, calm your tits im here.'
