a term invented by D. Murphy, meaning for something to be worse than actually sucking. For something to "suck penis" it would have to be awful enough that the term "sucks" isn't strong enough to apply.

Person 1: Did you study for the Science Exam?

Person 2: We have a Science Exam today?

Person 1: Yup!

Person 2: This sucks penis!
