Mumm-Ra'd 

Drunk beyond all capacity to function. Passing out on the ground, vomiting upon one's self, running into foreign objects, and possibly waking up the next day with a splitting headache, alcohol poisoning symptoms, and a $222 public drunkenness ticket in your pocket.
