When a guy wears skinny jeans, is wearing a belt, and still has his pants sagging...the big fluffy wad of boxers hanging out of the top of his skinny jeans is the "boxer mushroom."

"That guy's boxer mushroom is definitely not hot. I mean, what's he trying to do? Contain a fart?"
