the same as a WEDGIE but on the ladies front bottom!!
take the W form wedgie and replace it with the C from CU*T and its called a CEDGIE!!

Luke was getting very angry with his girlfriend so he grabbed her knickers and pulled them way up high and gave her a CEDGIE!!
