Agitledge or Agitative legislation, defined as proposing or or passing into law agitative bills with a political agenda designed to agitate voting Americans into hating certain cultural, ethnic, or gender issues or others. Similar to agit-prop: agit propaganda/ political propaganda in art or literature, except with bills and laws at the legislative level.

That bill in the Florida Legislature forcing companies to serve people without a Covid test is just agitledge.
