jynxiee 

Jynxiee (noun): The person who, upon simultaneously saying the same word or phrase as another, fails to say "Jinx!" first and is thus subjected to a temporary prohibition on speaking until released according to the rules of the game Jinx. This individual must remain silent until they are "un-jinxed," usually by the person who won the call or by fulfilling specific conditions set by the game or the "jinxer."

When both Conky and Bella shouted "elephant" at the exact same moment during their game, Bella was quicker to yell "Jinx!" making Conky the unfortunate jynxiee, bound to silence until someone said his name three times.
